OUR PRODUCTS ARE BUILT TO LAST.

We specialize in designing and manufacturing dual laminate and FRP equipment built to meet our Customer’s corrosion challenges. Our FRP products are crafted using a wide range of thermoset resins and reinforcements. Resins are selected based on the chemical service and design temperatures. Available resins include polyester, epoxy vinyl ester, bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester, novolac epoxy vinyl ester and brominated epoxy vinyl ester. Reinforcements include C-glass veils, Carbon veils, Synthetic veils, E-glass & ECR glass mat, woven roving and continuous strand roving.

Our dual laminate products include the same FRP structural reinforcements & thermoset resins but also include a broad range of thermoplastic corrosion resistant liners such as PP, PVC, CPVC, ECTFE and PVDF. The thermoplastic liners are also selected based on chemical service and design temperature. An-Cor has standardized tooling from 1”ID through 14’ID. Custom sizes can be achieved with project-specific temporary tooling.
