We have worked with nearly every polyester, vinyl ester and furfural alcohol (furan) resin version, utilizing many catalyst/promoter cure systems such as MEKP/CoNap and DMA/BPO. C-Glass, ECR Glass, synthetic polyester and carbon surface veils are also widely used in our products. Depending on application and component shape, we laminate using the Hand Lay-up, Spray-up, Filament Winding and Vacuum Infusion methods. From round to customized shapes and sizes, we have essentially engineered and satisfied customers with them all. Equipment has also been made abrasion resistant, electrically conductive and fire retardant, which enhances the products erosion resistance, static electricity bleed-off and flame spread characteristics.

An-Cor products are manufactured both at our plant in New York and at temporary production facilities that we erect on customer construction sites around the world. Equipment sizes manufactured in New York, limited only by transportation restrictions, range from ¾” to 14’ diameter. Larger diameter equipment can be manufactured in the field. All of our manufacturing facilities are sufficiently equipped with lighting, heating, ventilation, handling and machining equipment for these diameters and other similarly sized custom shapes.
